We ship most orders within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday). See below for estimated transit times.
DOMESTIC ORDERS (USA):
All Domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days).
If your products have not arrived 10 days after the date of shipment, contact the carrier or

Non-Subscription orders under $50 - flat rate shipping of $6.50
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All international orders ship via USPS Priority Mail International (2-4 weeks). We are not responsible for paying any fees that accrue at customs. Please read important information about shipping internationally below.
Shipping Fees (International):
- Orders over $125 - free shipping
- Non-subscription orders under $50 - flat rate shipping of $30
WRONG ADDRESS?
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee that shipping address update requests will be processed. If your order has been shipped, contact the carrier to update the address.
LOST PACKAGE?
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost once they have been scanned by USPS. If the package is marked “Delivered” and you have not received it, email us at [email protected] and we will do our best to help track it down and file a claim with USPS. We are unable to refund products and/or shipping once they have left shipped, but we will do what we can to help locate the missing package.
