6) Refocus on the Indulge mantra as you anoint the pressure points with "Indulge Mood Oil."
7) Move your attention to the Sedate mantra as you anoint the pressure points with "Sedate Mood Oil®."
8) Seal in the ritual by bringing to mind the Brighten mantra; misting "Brighten Mood Mist" above the head and face.
